Abstract Presently, there is an intensive search for fungal endophytes to be used in agriculture the protection and condition improvement of plants medicine. We screened presence raspberry, which occurs naturally Białowieża Forest. The isolates representative each morphotype were analysed using molecular markers ITS1 ITS2. In total, we found 34 taxa endophytic fungi. majority potential pathogens. As many as 27 leaves mature plants. No fungi could isolated from surface sterilized seeds obtained these Seedlings grown deposited soil seed bank Geobotanical Station University Warsaw Białowieża. 8 seedlings. It due a possibility infection with conditions.
